November Employee of the Month

ACU-Serve takes immense pride in introducing our November 2023 Employee of the Month, Kimberly (Kim) Cole, an invaluable member of our team.

Heather DeSimone, ACU-Serve’s Director of Human Resources, commends Kim’s exceptional dedication and readiness to assist in any capacity since the acquisition of ProMed. Heather stated: “Kim’s proactiveness and seamless integration into our cash posting team have been remarkable. Her contributions are a testament to her strength and potential, and we eagerly anticipate her continued growth with ACU-Serve.”

Kim joined our ranks in April 2020, becoming an integral part of our Cash Posting Department as a Cash Posting Specialist. She willingly undertakes challenging clean-up projects and adeptly communicates with both management and her peers, ensuring seamless workflow processes. Kim’s commitment to follow-through is exemplary, guaranteeing that processes are adhered to by all involved parties.

Residing in Wisconsin and working remotely, Kim enjoys the simple pleasures of life—being a passenger on motorcycle rides, relishing the outdoors, and immersing herself in captivating television series during downtime. Her three sons, Tyler (29), Trenton (27), and Taran (24), serve as a source of motivation, both in her personal life and in her work.

When asked about her favorite aspect of being part of ACU-Serve, Kim said, “It’s impossible to choose just one. Each facet of working here is something I look forward to everyday, particularly the challenge of complex projects.”

When asked why she loves working at ACU-Serve, Kim said the following “The collaborative atmosphere and the opportunity to extend support to both clients and team members alike.”
