October Employee of the Month
ACU-Serve is proud to introduce you to a very valuable member of our team, Sydney Carlson.
Sydney was nominated and won the honor of October Employee of the Month. ACU-Serve’s Director of Intake, Megan Dixson, had this to say about Sydney, “Sydney has always had a go-getter attitude and has been a self- starter. She will take charge of a situation when needed and is always willing to help others. Sydney is passionate about her work and the relationships she has built throughout her time at ACU-Serve.”
Sydney joined the ACU-Serve team in August of 2020. She is a member of the Intake Department and was promoted to a Lead position in less than 2 years of her date of hire. Sydney brings leadership, knowledge, a positive attitude, the ability to persevere through challenges, and is a role model to her co-workers.
Sydney graduated from Kearns High School in Utah. In her spare time she enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. She has a Pomeranian named Mogli and he is her “fur baby.”
When asked what your favorite part is about working at ACU-Serve Sydney stated: “I love working at ACU because the work culture is one of the best that I have ever experienced. They make sure their employees are trained properly and have every resource they need to succeed. Their number one goal is to make sure that our client’s patients are taken care of and that is something I agree with.”
