Job Title: HCFA Coordinator
Department: HCFA
Reports To: HCFA Supervisor
Position Type: Full Time/Non Exempt
Hours: 8 to 5 Monday – Friday
Essential Duties/Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned.
- Run and print HCFA’s for all clients who have one (1) to four (4) formats on Mondays and Thursdays.
- Sort, match secondary EOB and secondary HCFA, and distribute to proper people/places.
- Fold and stuff in envelopes.
- Access billing software and print missing EOB or HCFA if no HCFA or EOB research reasons why and note.
- Address envelopes
- Run envelopes through postage meter (5 – 6 boxes per week)
- Large envelopes must be weighed and ran through postage meter.
Requirements:
- Must be computer literate and have basic office skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is highly motivated and has the ability to work in a team and/or independently with very little direction. The successful candidate must possess strong customer service skills, be well organized, and have the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
