Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Hours: 8 to 5 Monday – Friday
Essential Duties/Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned.
- Print, separate, and distribute faxes
- Check deposits to make sure checks and EOB’s are there, copy deposit slips and send for invoicing.
- Access Brightree, upload saved ERN’s into remit data. Print out ERN’s, staple and send for invoicing.
- Access Remit Data and print out all of the denials for the week before, separate by company and pass out to account managers.
- Print HCFA’s on Monday and Thursday.
- Print unassigned claims for HCFA and distribute them to the account manager.
- Print out invoices, copy, staple and mail.
- Miscellaneous projects given by upper management and account managers.
Requirements:
- Must have good customer service skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Must know basic office skills and type a minimum of 45 words per minute.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is highly motivated and has the ability to work in a team and/or independently with very little direction. The successful candidate must possess strong customer service skills, be well organized, and have the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
